做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
