做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
