做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
