做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
