做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
