做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
