做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
