做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
