做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
