做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
