做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
