做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
