做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
