做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
