做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
