做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
