做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
