做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
