做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
