做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
