做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
