做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
