做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
