做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
