做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
