做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
