做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
