做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
