做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
