做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
