做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
