做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
