做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
