做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
