做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
