做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
