做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
