做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
