做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
