做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
