做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
