做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
