做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
