做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
