做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
