做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
