做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
