做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
