做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
