做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
